During the Expo

Exhibit Staffing (Required)

Please have at least one representative in your booth during show hours:

  • 10:00am – 4:00pm on March 7–8, 2026

Exhibitor Passes / Badges

Exhibitor badges are required for entry during event hours on Saturday and Sunday (badges are not required for Friday set-up). Badges may be picked up at the Expo entrance on Saturday and Sunday.

If an exhibitor is asked to pay the $2 admission fee, please let the admissions staff know you are an Expo vendor. They will direct you to the vendor check-in table to pick up your badge. Please share this with any employees or staff attending on your behalf.

Exhibit Setup Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines:

  • Protect the floor: Any display components touching the floor must have protective coverings on contact points (plastic caps, cardboard, wood, etc.).
  • Landscape-style displays: Place 1/4" plywood under the entire display before setup.
  • Vehicle displays: Vehicles must be parked on a tarp/protective mat with plywood under the wheels, have no more than 1/4 tank of fuel, and may not be started or moved indoors during the Expo.
  • Loose materials: If your display uses many loose items, place a protective tarp beneath it to make clean-up easier.
  • Height placement: Display fixtures over 4’ tall should remain within the back 3’ of your booth.
  • Electrical load: If your display requires more than 500 watts, notify the Chamber in advance so we can confirm capacity.
  • Booth drapes: Do not paste, tape, nail, or tack items to the drapes. If you plan to hang a banner, please bring S-hooks to hang it from the top rail.
  • Stay within your booth: All merchandise, signage, props, equipment, promotional items, and staff must remain inside your 10’ x 10’ space.
  • Be considerate of neighbors: Displays may not block or interfere with neighboring booths. Audio must be kept at a reasonable level and may not disrupt neighboring booths.
  • Keep the aisles clear: Nothing may extend into aisles; exits and fire lanes must remain clear.
  • Balloons: Helium-filled balloons are not permitted.

Proper Use of Space & Solicitation

To keep the Expo fair and enjoyable:

  • Booth space may not be assigned, shared, sublet, or divided with another business.
  • Exhibitors may only display/promote products and services offered in their normal course of business.
  • Political campaigning is not permitted on the premises.
  • Handouts and solicitation are allowed only directly in front of your registered booth.
  • Solicitation in hallways or outside the Frank J. Petretti Fieldhouse is not permitted.

Lost or Damaged Items

The Chamber is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the Expo. Please secure and supervise your equipment and supplies at all times.
