Leadership Kenosha — February 2026

LKFeb26

During our February session, Leadership Kenosha gathered at the Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood, where participants toured the facility and learned about the exciting developments taking place within KIN. The visit highlighted how innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration are shaping the future of business and economic growth in our community.

The session also featured a panel discussion focused on business and economic development in Kenosha. Local leaders shared insights on investment, workforce development, and long-term community impact, encouraging our LK participants to think critically about how strong partnerships and forward-thinking strategies can strengthen our region.

The second half of our February Leadership Kenosha session focused on personal leadership and meaningful connection through a presentation titled “Lead with Influence, Connect with Purpose” by Megan Kuiper.

Participants explored how authentic communication, intentional relationships, and purpose-driven leadership can influence teams and communities in powerful ways. The session encouraged reflection on how we show up as leaders and how building trust and connection plays a vital role in creating lasting impact throughout Kenosha.
