Meet the New and Improved Kenny!

Last October, we introduced Kenny at our Annual Meeting as a new way to help people navigate the Chamber website.

Since then, Kenny has gotten a major upgrade.

With recent improvements, Kenny is now better at helping users find Chamber member businesses, search the Chamber’s member directory, and connect with local resources more easily. Whether someone is looking for a specific service, a business in a particular industry, or more information about what the Chamber offers, Kenny is designed to make that process faster and easier.

For the community, that means a simpler way to discover local businesses and trusted local connections.

For Chamber members, it means added visibility.

Because Kenny is trained on information from the Chamber’s website and member directory, it helps guide users toward Chamber member businesses while also connecting them with relevant Chamber programs, events, and resources. It's another tool that helps highlight the businesses that are part of the Chamber.

That matters because the member directory is one of the most valuable resources we offer. It helps people find local businesses, services, and organizations, and it gives Chamber members another way to be discovered. With Kenny's recent improvements, that experience is now more interactive, more intuitive, and more useful for the people who visit our website.
