Leadership Kenosha’s October session was filled with learning, collaboration, and opportunities to connect with our community! The day kicked off with Mayor Bogdala, who shared insights on current city initiatives, local priorities, and the importance of leadership and community collaboration.
Participants then took part in an interactive project management workshop led by Dee Ford, exploring practical tools and strategies to help guide their community projects toward success.
The session wrapped up with a favorite tradition, City Scoping! Teams explored Kenosha, capturing photos of the landmarks, historic sites, and local favorites that make our community special. Participants had the opportunity to build relationships with one another while discovering new places and gaining a fresh perspective on what makes Kenosha unique.
