The Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Kenosha County Best Place to Work Award.
Now in its 19th year, this award recognizes an outstanding Kenosha County employer, as nominated by the people who know the workplace best: its employees.
A great workplace can mean different things to different people. For some, it may be strong benefits, flexibility, professional development, or opportunities for advancement. For others, it may be a supportive team, thoughtful leadership, a sense of family or community, or an employer that has gone above and beyond during a difficult time.
The Best Place to Work Award gives employees a chance to share those stories and recognize the employers that help make Kenosha County a great place to work.
Who Is Eligible?
Any current Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce member in good standing, with a location in Kenosha County, is eligible for the award.
What Makes a Strong Nomination?
Strong nominations include specific examples of what makes the workplace stand out. Tell us about the environment at your place of work. How has your employer helped employees, supported the team, inspired people, created a sense of community, encouraged growth, or made your workplace a place people are proud to be part of?
How the Winner Is Selected
The winner will be selected by a committee of previous Best Place to Work award winners. The committee will consider both the quantity and quality of nominations received.
The 2026 Kenosha County Best Place to Work Award winner will be recognized at the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting on October 14, 2026.
